Nice Place to Hang, But they are expensive. A few Drinks, cost more than a few Bucks. Nice place to hang out, Pretty Women most of the time, and a pretty decent crowd. Check it Out.

Kelly's wasn't voted #1 burger in Virginia Beach for nothing. They have the customer service to match. Friendly and fast Kelly's is the perfect place when you want food fast but not fast food.
